Spoon Gelato Cafe – The Spoon Gelato Café in the Galleria Shopping Center is under new ownership. . Mauricio Canos is creating his unique homemade gelatos here on Key Biscayne. The Cano family has over 20 years of restaurant experience and the Spoon has been reborn. Gelato is Italian ice cream, made with milk instead of cream, which makes it significantly less fatty. It is not as solidly frozen so it melts in your mouth faster, giving you its full flavor immediately. With over 48 flavors to try, everyone can find a naturally produced flavor they will appreciate. Gelatos made with exotic fruit from South America such as Lulo or Lucuma have become favorites of our multi-national residents.
The Spoon Gelato Café features high end Italian coffee drinks, milk shakes, floats, candy, baked goods, pastries and delicatessen foods. Try their “Gelato to Go”, either a kilo or pint of your favorite flavor for your home.
Open Monday- Saturday from 11:30am- 10:00pm and Sunday from 12:30 pm until 10:00pm.
