The Key Biscayne Athletic Club is proud to be a new member of the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce. Having served Key Biscayne Youth Sports since 1971, when Mr. Ralph Foster and Mr. Eddie Easton Sr. first started managing soccer and flag football programs on the Key. Today, 28 years later, the KBAC serves more than 1,500 children on Key Biscayne. Our mission has evolved from managing sports programs to conducting fundraising to provide scholarships so that any child on the Key Biscayne has an opportunity to play youth sports.
In addition, we manage all of the volunteers that coach and assist in our youth sports programs, providing training in first aide, CPR and coaching youth sports for more than 150 volunteers. The KBAC, as we are known, has formed alliances with the National Alliance of Youth Sports and the Key Biscayne Community Foundation to help strengthen our purpose. The Key Biscayne Athletic Club can only survive through the donations of businesses and individuals that desire to give back to give back for the good of the community. We are continuously looking for new volunteers and new sponsors to help exceed our community’s expectations for our non-profit organization. If you are willing to help or donate to sponsor a league, team or in general, either monetarily or in kind or have the desire to volunteer for one of our many sub-committees, please see the KBAC President contact for more information on great local marketing opportunities.
