 There are 15,000 copies of "Island Life" printed that are distributed to Key Biscayne residents, The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne, The Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce, Retail and service locations throughout Key Biscayne and off island, and at special events. Using the industry of standard of four readers per copy, that means "Island Life" has a distribution of 15,000.

KBCS PTA NEEDS SPONSORS FOR THE HARVEST FESTIVAL! The Key Biscayne Community School (K-8 Center) is looking for sponsors for the Harvest Festival. The event is a Carnival/Fair type event with Country Western theme complete rides and games for children of all ages, food, raffle and entertainment. It will be held on the school grounds on November 21st 2009 from 12 pm to 5 pm. The Harvest Festival is heavily advertised during the four weeks prior to the event at the school and in the community. Ride bracelets are pre-sold the week prior to the event (in 2008, 60% of the bracelets were pre-sold a week in advance).The Harvest Festival is the largest attended fundraising event of the year. It reaches out and attracts the entire Key Biscayne community, this year the estimated attendance is 3,000 people. Proceeds from the event go primarily to reverse the severe budget cuts that our school has suffered and fund diverse educational and instructional initiatives in the school.
